This practice refused to share medical information at my stepson's request to a state agency which he needed for his job. They actually do not want my stepson to be in their practice any longer over a simple medical information request. I have been a physician for 42 years and never have I seen such behavior in my entire career. This will be reported to BORIM to investigate.

I had to leave Dr Gowda's practice yesterday. She's 20+ miles away from me. I had to move 15 years ago, and I stayed with her as long as I could. I was with her from when she took over the practice from Dr Karp. I, and my wife had complete satisfaction with her practice for almost 30 years, and it's terribly to leave. She also has the best staff I've ever known. Great people! I hope that the practice I'm going to is half as good. It's been half of my life, and I've always had total faith in her, and her people. I'll genuinely miss her and her staff. Dr Gowda, goodbye, good luck, and I'll miss you guys!

Ms. Gill doesn't give the weird vibes a lot of practitioners do when confronted with a complex medical file. I think there probably isn't a primary care practitioner in this country who isn't fed up and tired, but I really appreciate not being blamed for that. As a patient stuck in this system with them, so am I. Quick response, good care. Will see me over video whenever possible so I don't have to go through the hassle of scheduling accessible rides (which always run late). I was glad to be assigned to her.

I called the office on Friday afternoon at around 125pm and got a rapid response. Stephanie had immediately scheduled an telehealth appointment with me! Stephanie is always quick to respond, she is thorough and when needed, follows up with me.

I always receive courteous treatment from Dr, Gowda and the staff. The general waiting room is bright and comfortable as is the patient area. Fortunately I am usually in and out pretty quickly. Dr, Gowda is also very helpful in making sure I am all set with paperwork and dates for any future visits and/or exams.

I have never felt more comfortable with another medical professional than I have with Stephanie Gill. I have since recommended her to many people. Have brought my husband to her and my two children soon to follow. She is very easy to talk to and makes you feel extremely comfortable.

Ever since the COVID restrictions started, I've been having telle-health visits with Dr. Gowda. It's a great service. I live 20 miles away from the office now, so it's very convenient. I can't drive right now, so it's a great way to keep in touch. It's just a short live chat, and you're done. Plus, you can have whatever notes you need right in front of you. I always forget something, so that's a great feature. No worries about mask protocols either. It's just a sensible solution to keep secure in this health climate. I definitely approve.

I find Stephanie Gill a pleasure to see. She spotted a cancerous growth on my head. I had it removed within a week. She orchestrated it the day she spotted it. I find her easy to talk to and demonstrates patience which becomes more important as I age.

She told me I made her overwhelmed and I should get out of her office and find another dr. When I ask if she is my dr how can she be overwhelmed with my issue , she stated she is not a dr only an np. I made complaint at the desk and was told I had issues with the other provider. She also made false statements that I was talking about the receptionist . The receptionist did not talk to me or communicate with me. I had my partner check me in. The Np told the front desk I was talking about receptionist that’s why she was upset. The np did not greet me she went to her laptop and ask me two questions and proceeded to leave. I aske her about my meds ,she state she would do it at her desk and that I should let her know if insurance cover my meds so she don’t waste time.
